  • Growers must honestly represent their produce (e.g., organic, pesticide-free, etc.) to maintain trust.

2. Zero Tolerance for Fraud & Misconduct

  • Any fraudulent listings, misleading claims, or dishonest practices may result in immediate suspension or banning.
  • CGS does not tolerate spam, harassment, or disruptive behavior in governance discussions or marketplace interactions.

3. Quality & Transparency in Trade

  • Sellers must ensure produce meets agreed-upon standards before completing a trade.
  • Customers must report any quality issues within 48 hours to allow for refunds or dispute resolution.

4. Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility

  • Users are encouraged to minimize waste by reselling, donating, or composting unsold produce.
  • CGS supports eco-friendly packaging and transportation, including local deliveries via electric or bike couriers.

5. Fair Use of Governance & Rewards

  • Users engaging in governance must vote in good faith to support platform growth.
  • Exploiting governance rewards or engaging in vote manipulation is strictly prohibited.

6. Reporting Violations

  • Users can report violations of these guidelines via the CGS support team.
  • CGS reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including temporary bans or permanent removal from the platform.
